Our guided zipline tours are one of the most demanded activities in the Cypress Hills.
Due to limited availability each day, we highly recommend booking online in advance of arrival.
Our guided 6-line ziptours are 1.5 – 2 hours in duration (based on tour size of 8 people), take place at heights of 20 – 70 feet above the ground, and are proven to push the physical and emotional limits of individuals in some cases. With that said, we’ve had guests as young as age 5 and as old as age 84 conquer our course; so you can be confident that it is designed for a variety of individual abilities!
Unlike many zipline tours you will find around the world, this one is more of a “hybrid” between an aerial trekking course and a zipline tour. Although there is very little hiking involved during this adventure, our tours do require guests to complete several vertical climbs to conquer the course such as a 38-rung rope ladder and a vertical staple climb up a pole.

Our award-winning zipline tour is an empowering experience that is designed to showcase the lodgepole pine forest of the Cypress Hills in a unique and exciting way!
This 1.5 – 2 hour adventure begins at our basecamp which is located on the Saskatchewan-side of the Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. You will check-in and then begin the harnessing and safety briefing session. From there, we head out on a short walk towards the start of the zipline tour.
Once we are all back on the ground and back at our Basecamp, we will get your thoughts on the tour, assess the #happydance level and help you remove all your gear!
On this guided zipline tour, we will guide you and encourage you to overcome:
Please arrive at our basecamp and check-in for your adventure in our basecamp office at least 15 minutes prior to the start time indicated on your booking receipt that you received via email.
Once you’ve checked in, we will confirm that all waivers have been completed (one for each guest, please complete these in advance of arrival) and we will weigh all guests on our scale that will be participating in the adventure.
After that is complete, we recommend a quick washroom break for everyone and then the guides will get everyone up on the harness deck to begin your adventure!

Guided zipline tours and activity passes must be reserved in-person or online. We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Treeosix gift cards and Treeosix experience vouchers as valid forms of payment. We do not store credit card information on file, physically or electronically, and do not take credit card information over the phone.

When we first opened our guided zipline tour experience in the Cypress Hills in the spring of 2011, it was one of only a handful of zipline canopy tours in Canada!
We used poles to construct the course and bring you up into the treetops. This gave us complete control over the design of our tour, enabled us to blend it in with the environment, and helped us create a unique tour flow that you are sure to feel once you are on the adventure.

Please read the following requirements PRIOR to making a booking.
Any individuals on your booking that do not meet these requirements upon arrival will be refused service and a refund for their spot will NOT be issued.
All guests must weigh between 50 LBS and 250 LBS to participate. Each participant will be weighed on our scale prior to departure to confirm. As a rule of thumb, this adventure is only recommended for ages 6+.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. This is to ensure anyone under the age of 12 has an adult on the tour with them who they are familiar with and trust throughout the adventure.
All guests must sign our waiver prior to participating. Guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please complete these prior to arrival.
All guests must be able to climb a ladder unassisted. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss any mobility challenges of any of the participants in your group if you have any concerns.
A minimum of TWO participants is preferred to book a guided zipline tour. If you are flying solo and book a tour spot, we may need to move your departure time.
Our waivers must be completed electronically.
All guests must sign our waiver prior to participating in our activities.

As the individual booking a zipline tour or purchasing activity passes, it is your responsibility to understand and follow our payment, cancellation, and other policies, as well as pass this information along to the other members of your party. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please take the time to discuss them with us prior to making a booking.
Once a booking has been made, you have agreed to our terms and conditions on behalf of yourself AND the rest of your party.

Cancellation Deadline: 4:00 PM Saskatchewan time, the day before your tour/rental departure.
CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE:
Refunds will be issued should you need to cancel your adventure or remove individual tour spots PRIOR to the Cancellation Deadline.
For all customer-initiated cancellations made prior to the Cancellation Deadline, the refund will be issued less the original payment processing fees incurred by Treeosix in processing the booking, where those fees are non-refundable or cannot be recovered. This is not an additional cancellation fee or penalty, but the recovery of the actual payment processing costs incurred by Treeosix when the original booking was processed.
Cancellations can be completed independently through the “Modify Your Booking” link on your booking receipt, by contacting us via email, or by calling our office.
CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE:
NO REFUNDS will be issued should you need to cancel your adventure or remove individual tour spots AFTER the Cancellation Deadline has passed.
When you reserve your experience, the tour/rental spots you booked are no longer available for anyone else. We schedule guides, crew members and plan our logistics based on the number of spots we have confirmed.
TREEOSIX-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS:
In circumstances where Treeosix determines that an activity must be cancelled or cannot be provided, including cancellations due to extreme weather or operational reasons, customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Full refunds for cancellations initiated by Treeosix will include any original payment processing fees. No payment processing or cancellation fees will be deducted from these refunds.
Treeosix reserves the right to refuse service AND refunds after the Cancellation Deadline has passed, for reasons including but not limited to:

RESCHEDULING TOUR FOR A DIFFERENT DATE:
You may reschedule your existing tour/rental for a different date/time within the current season (subject to availability) at any time prior to the Cancellation Deadline. NOTE: Additional charges may apply to do so within one week prior to arrival depending on the rate you received at the time of booking. Requests to reschedule your existing tour/rental for a different date/time after the Cancellation Deadline has passed are NOT GUARANTEED and are subject to additional fees.
REMOVING SPOTS FROM AN EXISTING TOUR:
Individual tour/rental spots can be removed from an existing booking prior to the Cancellation Deadline. Refunds for removed spots will be subject to the same payment processing fee provisions outlined above. There are no refunds for individual tour/rental spots that are removed from an existing booking after the Cancellation Deadline has passed.
SUBSTITUTING SPOTS ON AN EXISTING TOUR:
In the event that one of the individuals in your group does not meet the participant requirements for the activity you’ve reserved, you can substitute another participant that does meet the requirements into the available spot at no charge, provided this can be done without delaying the tour/rental departure time.
ADDING SPOTS TO AN EXISTING TOUR:
You may ADD additional participants to an existing tour/rental at any time prior to departure (subject to availability). The additional spots will be added at the per person price received at the time the original booking was created.
ALL OTHER ACTIVITY PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE:
Activity passes (including but not limited to: climbing wall, treetop drop, giant swing, disc golf, and mini-zips for kids) are non-refundable once purchased and non-transferable once redeemed.
Your zipline guides are prepared to depart for the course RAIN OR SHINE.
If you do not want to go zip lining in the rain, it is your responsibility to contact us before the Cancellation Deadline to request a change to your reservation.
Our electric rentals are WEATHER DEPENDANT. We do not provide this activity when it is raining. If you have pre-booked an electric rental and it is raining at the time of departure, we will allow you to change the date/time of your rental OR provide a full refund, including any original payment processing fees.
If you feel that the forecasted weather in the area may prevent you from completing the tour as scheduled, it is your responsibility to contact us before the Cancellation Deadline to request a change to your reservation.
Otherwise, proceed to arrive for your tour as normal (10 minutes prior to your departure time). We will wait until your scheduled departure time to make a decision as to whether your tour will depart on time, be delayed, or be cancelled entirely due to weather conditions.
TOUR EVACUATION DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
In the event that TREEOSIX decides the tour must be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions in the area PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, the following refund structure will apply:
