Over the past decade of offering adventures, we’ve earned a reputation as a business with passionate owners and team members who always go out of their way to do the little things that make a big difference for each other and our guests. In 2014, we were honoured to be the first business in Saskatchewan to ever receive a Canadian tourism award from the Tourism Industry Association of Canada for the Small to Medium-Sized Business of the year.
We want everyone to have a worry-free experience as you explore this towering lodgepole pine forest in Saskatchewan. Our fun-loving crew will do our best to put you at ease while you push your boundaries through the adventure that we provide. Although what we do may not be considered stereotypically Saskatchewan, we’re sure the feelings you will have when you visit our Cypress Hills location are about as “authentically” Saskatchewan as they get!
In the fall of 2010, the scouting began in the Centre Block to find a location to build a zipline tour. Looking back now, it was more difficult trying to explain to the park officials what a “zipline tour” was than all the endless days of hiking, trudging through brush, and mapping out everywhere we’d been. It was completely understandable though as at the time, we were one of only a handful of companies creating a zipline canopy tour in Canada, let alone Saskatchewan…the stereotypical “flattest place on earth”.
We wanted to give visitors a different perspective of our province; literally and figuratively. As someone who spent summers in the Cypress Hills area as a kid, Jori wanted to make sure that the basecamp site and all the activities we offered would blend in with the environment as best they could and enhance the overall experience of the park.
