Safety & Risk Assessment

This tour is easy to book online in advance, we were also able to change our booking with no problem. The guides made the zipline tour very safe and enjoyable with fun activities at each zip line. The staff was very professional and clear in instructions, well organized and maintained. The scenery through the forest is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

This was on the bucket list and it did not disappoint. Our guides Jules and Zander were great — they had fun banter with the guests while giving clear instructions at each zip line. If you’re humming and hawing on whether or not to book, just do it! You won’t regret it.

What To Expect

Over the past decade of offering adventures, we’ve earned a reputation as a business with passionate owners and team members who always go out of their way to do the little things that make a big difference for each other and our guests. In 2014, we were honoured to be the first business in Saskatchewan to ever receive a Canadian tourism award from the Tourism Industry Association of Canada for the Small to Medium-Sized Business of the year.

We want everyone to have a worry-free experience as you explore this boreal forest in Saskatchewan. Our fun-loving crew will do our best to put you at ease while you push your boundaries through the adventure that we provide. Although what we do may not be considered stereotypically Saskatchewan, we’re sure the feelings you will have when you visit our Waskesiu location at Elk Ridge Resort are about as “authentically” Saskatchewan as they get!

The Treeosix Story

After 4 years of operation at our Cypress Hills location, we started to explore options for another site in Saskatchewan. Although we wanted to keep that same Treeosix feel to our experience, it was important for us to find a completely different backdrop for our guided zipline tours than what we currently had down in the southwest. After some location scouting in Waskesiu and area, we were fortunate enough to cross paths with a man named Arne Petersen.

After several phone calls and lots of driving (both for Jori travelling up to Elk Ridge and Arne and his team coming down to Cypress Hills), we were able to find a little spot of land on the resort that would work for our crazy adventures. By the spring of 2015, Treeosix was giving people a whole new perspective of this beautiful place, as we flew folks through the treetops above the Aspen 9-Hole golf course.

Although Arne no longer owns the resort, our shared goals of being ambassadors for the area and injecting some adrenaline into the boreal forest are still going strong everyday thanks to our crew, the new owners of Elk Ridge Resort, and the many local residents.
