RAIN OR SHINE POLICY

Your zipline guides are prepared to depart for the course RAIN OR SHINE.

If you do not want to go zip lining in the rain, it is your responsibility to contact us before the Cancellation Deadline to request a change to your reservation.

NOTE: Our electric rentals are WEATHER DEPENDANT. We do not provide this activity when it is raining! If you have pre-booked an electric rental and it is raining at the time of departure, we will allow you to change the date/time of your rental OR provide a full refund.

EXTREME WEATHER POLICY

If you feel that the forecasted weather in the area may prevent you from completing the tour as scheduled, it is your responsibility to contact us before the Cancellation Deadline to request a change to your reservation.

Otherwise, proceed to arrive for your tour as normal (10 minutes prior to your departure time). We will wait until your scheduled departure time to make a decision as to whether your tour will depart on time, be delayed, or be cancelled entirely due to weather conditions.

In the event that TREEOSIX decides the tour must be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions in the area PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, we will:

  • Work with you to change the date/time of your tour departure OR;
  • Issue a full refund. (Please note: this will be returned to you via the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days to process depending on the payment type).

In the event that the tour has departed and TREEOSIX determines that an evacuation of the tour must be initiated due to extreme weather conditions, we will:

  • Work with you to reschedule the date/time of your tour departure OR;
  • Issue a full refund if your group did NOT complete the first zipline of the tour; OR
  • Issue a refund minus a 15% administration fee if your group completed LESS THAN FIVE ziplines of the tour; AND
  • No refunds will be issued should your group complete AT LEAST FIVE of the ziplines on the tour prior to being evacuated.

GIFT CARDS POLICY

Our gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They have no expiry date.  The value of a gift card can be used towards everything and anything that we offer.

EXPERIENCE VOUCHERS POLICY

Our experience voucher program has ended but that does not mean your vouchers do not still have some value. Any outstanding vouchers can be converted to an electronic gift card on your next visit to Treeosix. The value of the electronic gift card will be equal to the amount you originally paid for the vouchers at the time of purchase and will be issued automatically to the primary booking contact.

** NOTE: If you possess an experience voucher that contains the word “PROMO” anywhere on the receipt or ticket and is accompanied by an expiry date, this means that your particular experience voucher was donated by Treeosix Adventure Parks to an event or other initiative. Should this be the case, the voucher will expire on the expiry date indicated, contrary to our standard cancellation policy.

** NOTE: Experience vouchers must be redeemed at the location from which they were purchased. However, if you purchased a voucher for the Cypress Hills location and would like to redeem it at our Waskesiu location instead (or vice versa); just send us an email with your transaction number and we can make that change for you prior to you making a booking.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER POLICY

All participants must arrive at our BaseCamp at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled activity. The purpose of this is to allow time to read, understand, and sign our waiver. All individuals under 18 years of age MUST have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in any of our activities.

Our waivers must be completed electronically.

We highly recommend filling out your waivers in advance of arrival via the link you receive in your booking confirmation to ensure your check-in process is as seamless as possible.
