As the person making the reservation, it is your responsibility to understand and follow our payment and cancellation policies, as well as pass this information along to the other members of your party.
Our policies have been refined and developed in-house based on our years of experience in the industry all while keeping you, as our guest, top of mind. Accordingly, we have made a very concerted effort to keep our payment, cancellation, and other company policies transparent and fair for everyone involved but at the end of the day, you, as the person making the reservation on behalf of yourself or group, are responsible should you disregard them.
Our complete policies are below. Please read them and follow them to ensure we are all on the same page!
Prior to 24 hours before your tour departure time, the following modifications can be made to your existing reservation. You may contact us to:
There are NO REFUNDS after 24 hours prior to departure.
Within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, we do not cancel tour spots that have been reserved or make changes to your existing reservation. If you need to change the date of your reservation, this has to be requested prior to your departure time and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. In all cases, full payment of the remaining balance on your booking will be processed for all cancellation requests made under 24 hours before departure.
If you requested to cancel your reservation WITHIN 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, your credit card on file will be charged the entire balance remaining on your booking; however, the spots you booked will be held for you up until the moment the tour departs as you have paid in full for those.
If you requested to cancel your reservation MORE THAN 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, you will forfeit the original non-refundable booking deposits which you paid at the time of booking and no additional charges will appear on your credit card.
If you have purchased a NON-REFUNDABLE fare, there are no refunds or modifications available to your reservation at anytime.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR REFUNDS/CREDIT
Treeosix Adventure Parks and its employee’s reserve the right to refuse service and refuse issuing refunds or store credit for future experiences at anytime, for reasons including but not limited to:
Again, as the person making the reservation, it is YOUR responsibility to understand and follow our payment and cancellation policies, as well as pass this information along to the other members of your party.
RAIN OR SHINE POLICY
Our zipline guides are prepared to depart for the course RAIN OR SHINE.
If you do not want to go zip lining in the rain, it is your responsibility to contact us and request a change to your reservation. All change requests are subject to our standard cancellation policy (see above).
EXTREME WEATHER POLICY
We take extreme weather risks very seriously and for your safety, we abide by the following policy:
Proceed to arrive for your tour as normal (15 minutes prior to your departure time). We are required to wait until your scheduled departure time to make a decision as to whether your tour will depart on time or whether it is unsafe to go on the course.
1) In the event your tour does not depart due to a drastic change in weather:
2) In the event your tour proceeds as scheduled and a drastic change in weather results in a mid-course evacuation:
Below is how we determine the amount of refund issued should a mid-course evacuation occur due to extreme weather at the following locations on the course (initialized by Treeosix Adventure Parks):
Lastly, if you feel that the forecasted weather in the area may result in a tour cancellation and or mid-course evacuation (and you want to save a trip out to our site or want to ensure you are able to complete the whole tour), it is your responsibility to contact us and request a change to your reservation. All change requests are subject to our standard cancellation policy (see above).
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking via valid credit card for all zip line tour and high ropes course reservations. The remaining balance of all bookings will be charged upon check-in (we accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and any valid gift card or e-voucher). If you are unable to leave a credit card on file, full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Zip line tour (Standard fare): $85/person + GST
Zip line tour (NON-REFUNDABLE): $75/person + GST
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Fare types cannot be changed once a reservation is created. Prices are subject to change until deposit is received. Prices quoted do not include GST unless otherwise stated.
When paying online with gift cards or Experience Vouchers, our reservation specialists in the office will need to manually accept payment on the back end of the reservation system before we can confirm your booking. Once they have done so, they may contact you for a valid credit card should your method of payment not contain enough value to cover the full cost of your reservation (this also applies to bookings made over the phone).
Additionally, Treeosix Adventure Parks and its employee’s reserve the right to refuse service, cancel tours, vary itineraries, amend fares and change days of operation. Our tours depart at predetermined times so please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your departure.
EXPERIENCE VOUCHERS – Redemption Details and Cancellation Policy
Our e-vouchers have no expiry date (see ** below), no cash value, and are non-refundable. They can not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Once a zipline tour or high ropes course experience has been booked using an e-voucher as payment, you have the ability to change the date/time of your tour once. No further changes to the reservation are allowed aside from cancelling your tour time entirely. In the event that you need to cancel your tour, you would receive a $50 store credit per cancelled spot, which is valid until the end of the current season and can be used towards anything at our site. This store credit will be in the form of an electronic gift card and will be issued to the primary booking contact only. No store credit will be issued for any cancellation or change request made after your departure time has passed.
IMPORTANT: if using an e-voucher as payment for an experience, this cancellation policy takes precedent over our standard cancellation policy below.
** If you possess an e-voucher that contains the word “PROMO” anywhere on the receipt or ticket and is accompanied by an expiry date, this means that your particular e-voucher was donated by Treeosix Adventure Parks to an event or other initiative. Should this be the case, the voucher WOULD expire on the expiry date indicated, contrary to our standard cancellation policy.
** Experience Vouchers should be redeemed at the location from which they were purchased. However, if you purchased a voucher for the Cypress Hills location and would like to redeem it at our Elk Ridge location instead (or vice versa); just send us an email with your transaction number and we can make that change for you prior to booking!
PARTICIPANT WAIVER POLICY
All participants must arrive at our BaseCamp at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled activity. The purpose of this is to allow time to read, understand, and sign our waiver. All individuals under 18 years of age MUST have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in any of our activities.
