As the person making the reservation, it is your responsibility to understand and follow our payment and cancellation policies, as well as pass this information along to the other members of your party.

Our policies have been refined and developed in-house based on our years of experience in the industry all while keeping you, as our guest, top of mind. Accordingly, we have made a very concerted effort to keep our payment, cancellation, and other company policies transparent and fair for everyone involved but at the end of the day, you, as the person making the reservation on behalf of yourself or group, are responsible should you disregard them.

Our complete policies are below. Please read them and follow them to ensure we are all on the same page!

——————————————

PAYMENT/BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable deposit ($10/tour spot reserved) is due at the time of booking via valid credit card for all zipline tour and high ropes course reservations. The remaining balance of all bookings will be charged upon check-in (we accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and any valid gift card or e-voucher). If you are unable to leave a credit card on file, full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Zipline tour (Base fare): $85/person + GST

  • Applies to tours booked the same day to three days in advance of departure.
  • Can be reserved in-person, over the phone, or online.
  • Requires non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Zipline tour (Early bird fare): $75/person + GST

  • Applies to tours booked four or more in advance of departure.
  • Can be reserved in-person, over the phone, or online.
  • Requires non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Fare types cannot be changed once a reservation is created. Prices are subject to change until deposit is received. Prices quoted do not include GST unless otherwise stated.

When paying online with gift cards, ZIPcard points, or Experience Vouchers, our reservation specialists in the office will need to manually accept payment on the back end of the reservation system before we can confirm your booking. Once they have done so, they may contact you for a valid credit card should your method of payment not contain enough value to cover the full cost of your reservation (this also applies to bookings made over the phone).

Additionally, Treeosix Adventure Parks and its employee’s reserve the right to refuse service, cancel tours, vary itineraries, amend fares and change days of operation. Our tours depart at predetermined times so please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your departure.

EXPERIENCE VOUCHERS – Redemption Details and Cancellation Policy

Our e-vouchers have no expiry date (see ** below), no cash value, and are non-refundable. They can not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Once a zipline tour or high ropes course experience has been booked using an e-voucher as payment, you have the ability to change the date/time of your tour once. No further changes to the reservation are allowed aside from cancelling your tour time entirely. In the event that you need to cancel your tour, you would receive a $50 store credit per cancelled spot, which is valid until the end of the next season and can be used towards anything at our site. This store credit will be in the form of an electronic gift card and will be issued to the primary booking contact only. No store credit will be issued for any cancellation or change request made after your departure time has passed.

IMPORTANT: if using an e-voucher as payment for an experience, this cancellation policy takes precedent over our standard cancellation policy below.

** If you possess an e-voucher that contains the word “PROMO” anywhere on the receipt or ticket and is accompanied by an expiry date, this means that your particular e-voucher was donated by Treeosix Adventure Parks to an event or other initiative. Should this be the case, the voucher WOULD expire on the expiry date indicated, contrary to our standard cancellation policy.

** Experience Vouchers should be redeemed at the location from which they were purchased. However, if you purchased a voucher for the Cypress Hills location and would like to redeem it at our Elk Ridge location instead (or vice versa); just send us an email with your transaction number and we can make that change for you prior to booking!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Prior to 24 hours before your tour departure time, the following modifications can be made to your existing reservation. You may contact us to:

  • Add additional tour spots. Additional participants can be added to your reservation as long as we have the availability to do so.
  • Remove existing tour spots. The non-refundable deposits originally paid for the cancelled tour spots will be left on your reservation, reducing the total balance remaining upon arrival.
  • Change the date/time of your departure. The new/date time selected must be prior to the end of the current season. Subject to availability. If you are unable to select a new date/time but know that your current time will not work, we recommend that you;
  • Cancel your reservation entirely. Upon request, we will cancel your reservation. In this case, you would forfeit the non-refundable deposits originally paid to create the reservation ($10/tour spot reserved).

*IMPORTANT*

Within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, we do not cancel tour spots that have been reserved. If you need to make a change to your reservation, this has to be requested prior to your departure time and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. In all cases, full payment will be processed at the time of your original tour departure.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR REFUNDS/CREDIT

Treeosix Adventure Parks and its employee’s reserve the right to refuse service and refuse issuing refunds or store credit for future experiences at anytime, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate personal conduct or verbal abuse directed at our crew or other passengers.
  • Arriving to our site under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
  • Booking tour spots with no intention of actually participating.
  • Misrepresentation of health conditions or weight, intentionally or unintentionally, or refusal to accurately enter your weight on your participant waiver.
  • Inability to complete the activities once they have commenced.
  • Cancellation or change requests made after your departure time has passed.

Again, as the person making the reservation, it is YOUR responsibility to understand and follow our payment and cancellation policies, as well as pass this information along to the other members of your party.

RAIN OR SHINE POLICY

Our zipline guides are prepared to depart for the course RAIN OR SHINE.

If you do not want to go zip lining in the rain, it is your responsibility to contact us and request a change to your reservation. All change requests are subject to our standard cancellation policy (see above).

THUNDER AND LIGHTNING POLICY

We take thunderstorms and/or lightning risks very seriously but also recognize that changes in weather are out of our control. For your safety, we abide by the following policy:

Proceed to arrive for your tour as normal (15 minutes prior to your departure time). We are required to wait until your scheduled departure time to make a decision as to whether your tour will depart on time or whether it is unsafe to go on the course.

1) In the event your tour does not depart due to a drastic change in weather:

  • You can change the date and or time of your tour departure at no charge. Subject to availability.; OR
  • Each guest will receive credit for a full zip line tour, which can be redeemed in the future at either of our Treeosix Adventure Parks’ locations in Saskatchewan and will expire at the end of the next season.

2) In the event your tour proceeds as scheduled and a drastic change in weather results in a mid-course evacuation:

  • Each guest will receive credit for the portion of the tour they did not complete, provided that the mid-course evacuation was initialized by Treeosix Adventure Parks. This credit will expire at the end of the next season.

Below is how we determine the amount of credit received should a mid-course evacuation occur that was initialized by Treeosix Adventure Parks, as stated above:

  • Check-in = Reschedule tour OR receive credit for a full zip line tour
  • Landing of Zip #1 = $50 credit
  • Take off of Zip #3 = $35 credit
  • Landing of Zip #4 = $20 credit
  • Landing of Zip #5 = No credit available

Credits received as a result of a tour evacuation expire at the end of the current season.

Lastly, if you feel that the forecasted weather in the area may result in a tour cancellation (and you want to save a trip out to our site), it is your responsibility to contact us and request a change to your reservation. All change requests are subject to our standard cancellation policy (see above).

PARTICIPANT WAIVER POLICY

All guests must arrive at our BaseCamp at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled activity. The purpose of this is to allow time to read, understand, and sign our waiver. All guests under the age of 18 years old must also have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Treeosix Adventure Parks’ staff and management reserve the right to prevent any person, for any reason, from participating in our activities at any time.

If you need any clarification with regards to any of our payment or cancellation policies, please contact us! We would be happy to explain them, before or after booking, to ensure we are all on the same page!
