As the individual booking a zipline tour or purchasing activity passes, it is your responsibility to understand and follow our payment and cancellation policies, as well as pass this information along to the other members of your party. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please take the time to discuss them with us prior to booking. As once a booking has been made, you have agreed to our terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and the rest of your party.
Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure a zipline tour booking or activity pass. Zipline tours can be reserved in-person, over the phone, or online. Activity passes can be purchased in-person or online. We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Treeosix gift cards and Treeosix experience vouchers as valid forms of payment.
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and may be changed if the promotion you redeemed becomes invalid due to changes to your reservation prior to departure. Prices quoted do not include GST unless otherwise stated. When paying online with gift cards or experience vouchers, our reservation specialists will need to manually accept payment on the back end of the reservation system before we can confirm your booking. Once they have done so, they may contact you for a valid credit card to process should your method of payment not contain enough value to cover the full cost of your reservation (this also applies to bookings made over the phone).
Additionally, our tours depart at predetermined times so please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your departure.
Zipline tour spots and activity passes are non-refundable.
In the event you need to cancel your entire tour or individual tour spots, you will receive a store credit (valid until the end of the current season) provided you make that request prior to your scheduled departure. You may also reschedule your existing tour time for a different date within the current season (subject to availability). Please give us as much notice as possible when making changes to your existing bookings.
Store credit received for a tour cancellation must be in the form of one of the following options (your choice):
NOTE: You may reschedule the date and time of your original booking only once. Any booking that has been rescheduled, cannot be cancelled and no store credit will be issued. As well, any item or activity purchased using a store credit is a final sale and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Treeosix Adventure Parks reserve the right to refuse service and refuse issuing store credit at anytime, for reasons including but not limited to:

If you do not want to go zip lining in the rain, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to your departure time and request a change to your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Proceed to arrive for your tour as normal (15 minutes prior to your departure time). We will wait until your scheduled departure time to make a decision as to whether your tour will depart on time, be delayed, or be cancelled entirely due to weather conditions.

Below is how we determine the amount of store credit (no expiry date) issued should a mid-course evacuation (initiated by Treeosix) occur due to extreme weather at the following locations while a tour group is on the course.
Lastly, if you feel that the forecasted weather in the area may result in a tour cancellation and or mid-course evacuation, it is your responsibility to contact us and request a change to your reservation prior to your departure. All change requests are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Our experience vouchers have no expiry date** no cash value, and are non-refundable. They do not have blackout dates unless otherwise specified. They cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offers. Once an activity has been booked using an experience voucher as payment, that voucher is considered “redeemed” and our standard cancellation policy applies.
** If you possess an experience voucher that contains the word “PROMO” anywhere on the receipt or ticket and is accompanied by an expiry date, this means that your particular experience voucher was donated by Treeosix Adventure Parks to an event or other initiative. Should this be the case, the voucher will expire on the expiry date indicated, contrary to our standard cancellation policy.
** Experience vouchers must be redeemed at the location from which they were purchased. However, if you purchased a voucher for the Cypress Hills location and would like to redeem it at our Elk Ridge location instead (or vice versa); just send us an email with your transaction number and we can make that change for you prior to you making a booking.
All participants must arrive at our BaseCamp at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled activity. The purpose of this is to allow time to read, understand, and sign our waiver. All individuals under 18 years of age MUST have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in any of our activities. Our waivers must be completed electronically (with the exception of school groups). We recommend filling them out in advance of arrival via the link you receive in your booking confirmation.
Treeosix Adventure Parks and its employee’s reserve the right to determine availability, refuse service, cancel tours, vary itineraries, amend fares, change days of operation, and make changes to our cancellation policy at anytime.
